We will contact you by phone soon after your order is submitted to give you an estimate of its completion time and get your payment details.
Our goal is to have your order to you early the next day, if placed by 5pm, however during times of peak demand it can take longer and we appreciate your patience.
We shop and box your groceries and call you when they are almost ready to be picked up. When you are ready to pick up. You will call, 604-298-1522, from the designated parking spot in our lot and pop your trunk open. Our staff will place the groceries in your trunk and close it without you having to exit your vehicle.
We will shop and box your groceries and deliver them right to your door. We delivery to Burnaby Mountain and to the area 5-10km from Burnaby Mountain. We will call you when we arrive in order to avoid contact.

Please email your additions (1 item per line) and we will do our best to add them to your existing order. There is no need to place another order.
There are no guaranteed delivery times. Orders are handled on a “first come first served” basis and completed in order received. That being said. Please let us know any time preferences you have in the special notes section of the order form or when we call for payment details and we will do our best to accommodate you.
To include pharmacy items with your order. Please order your prescriptions from our pharmacy directly (Ph: 604-298-1566) and check the "pick up my prescription" box on our grocery order page when you order your groceries.
Please put the amount first, then the item, then the size. The more specific the better Example: 6 Tomatoes 2 - OJ 2L 1 - Adams Peanut Butter unsalted Lrg 2 - rib eye steaks 200gr ea.
