Once you submit the order you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
We will contact you by phone soon after your order is submitted to give you an estimate of its completion time and get your payment details.
Our goal is to have your order to you early the next day, if placed by 5pm, however during times of peak demand it can take longer and we appreciate your patience.
We shop and box your groceries and email you when they are ready to be picked up When you arrive at the store. Please ask at the customer service desk for your order or call 604-932-3545 ext 1 from the parking lot.
We will shop and box your groceries and deliver them right to your door in Whistler Valley. We will call you when we arrive in order to avoid contact.
You will be called soon after placing your order. If you do not receive a call please email orders@nestersmarket.com Email is the best way to contact us.
Please email your additions (1 item per line) and we will do our best to add them to your existing order. There is no need to place another order.
There are no guaranteed delivery times. Orders are handled on a “first come first served” basis and completed in order received. That being said. Please let us know any time preferences you have in the special notes section of the order form or when we call for payment details and we will do our best to accommodate you.
To include pharmacy items with your order. Please order your prescriptions from our pharmacy directly (Ph: 604-905-0429) and check the "pick up my prescription" box on our grocery order page when you order your groceries.
Please put the amount first, then the item, then the size. The more specific the better E xample: 6 Tomatoes 2 - OJ 2L 1 - Adams Peanut Butter unsalted Lrg 2 - rib eye steaks 200gr ea.
